Lakeshore access to local PC
This program allows the tech to access your local PC to trouble shoot pop up blockers or other problems on your local computer.
You will need to call and talk to the tech before clicking on the link. After you click on the link and pick the run options, you will receive a window with a list of people. Once you have contacted the person, double click their name. This will open a temporary connection between the tech and your computer. Once the tech is finished, the connection is removed.
